there is no way to give someone only the ability to delete stuff that everyone agrees should be deleted. if it was easily filterable (cat and mouse filter evading game etc) then we wouldn't need additional jani support.

it is a problem. and there are solutions, perhaps even solutions which may be implemented. not that the solutions which are likely to be choosen will be universally accepted. oh well.

i cant really tell you what you are and whatnot, but you shouldnt be happy that you are detatched. I feel extreme detatchment from time to time and i get the romanticization of being a neet plus the crazy creativity that comes with it, but lets not forget that being healthy is not a matter of choice. Please take care of yourself. getting to know people takes time and most of the time it doesnt even work out. Dont stress yourself by feeling like you HAVE TO get to know people, some people are less sociable than others and thats ok, just do your best and most of the times you are going to meet the people best for u

I've met a decent few people who claim to be good at keeping secrets. I've met fewer who've made a compelling case that they are trustworthy in the "I have fashioned myself in such a way that noone should regret giving information to me. Not only will I not reveal it, I will take no actions which would turn this into a bad decision for you to have made"-way. An ambiguous fraction which might or might not be zero has demonstrated this competence. What I've never even heard discussed is being a good keeper of ignorance. There are very valid reasons for someone to not trust me with a secret. While I believe that I have the "you will not regret telling me things"-property, I might be wrong about that, and even if I am not, it's not exactly an easy thing to prove. Success isn't noticeable, only failures are. So, I not only want to be safe to give information to, I also want to be very safe for good people to lie to and withhold information from. There's easy ways to do this. If I trust you and you ask me to not question something, I won't. That's what trust means to me. It doesn't mean that I expect you to always tell me the truth. That might be a terrible policy. Trusting you means expecting you to make good decisions about what I should know and what I shouldn't, where good has my wellbeing among others in mind. But there are settings where asking me to not question something is suspicious or otherwise impossible, and I am a very curious person, so it would really be nice to have a general way of not doing damage when left in the dank about stuff that I should be in the dark about, but for which I won't be told that I should be in the dark about it. Thoughts?

Because usually when I met some one nice who like some thing that I do, after awhile I see it's hard to cope with mismatch on other tastes.
So few tests like MBTI, Big5, (even Zodiac Horoscope matching) were invented.
But those said, don't do perfect matches.

I don't trust personality testing. You can't get to know someone by looking at a test score, an acronym or a bunch of labels. Using personality tests would make our struggles worse. You'd get all the annoying drama of sexual orientations (am I really X or Y..), you'd get discrimination against those people who's label or score is seen as bad or undesirable, and none of these labels and scores could ever accurately represent a living, breathing person anyway.

This is the problem. People have become too egocentric. Before, you had to learn to live with other people and couldn't just cherry pick your friends from a crowd. What you want isn't a friend but sameness, a mirror.
